Cathy, a Dallas native, is a devoted wife and mother of two. She began her time at Oregon Family Health as a volunteer to "keep her mind busy." In December 2011, she accepted the offer to join the practice as Dr. Peffley's medical assistant. She excelled beyond all expectations in knowledge and practical skills over her first year. She is proficient in drawing blood and now supervises medical students learning the skill for the first time. Cathy's positive attitude and strong work ethic contrbute to the overall positive atmosphere of the office. She is a slave driver, keeping Dr. Peffley moving from room to room to ensure "the next patient" is seen as close to "on time" as possible.
